The short answer: our client builds typically take 10 – 12 months from the time we pour the foundation.

When you include everything that happens before that, like lot selection, plan design, permits, and making selections, the full process usually takes closer to 15 – 18 months. We can move faster or slower depending on client needs and wants however. The timeline truly depends on how custom the plan is, how quickly decisions are made, and whether we are starting with a fresh design or modifying an existing one, just to name a few. We pride ourselves on transparency and honesty, so we spend intentional time with you during the sales process to understand your goals and then help identify realistic timelines specific to your client.
