Introducing The Arden Plan

The Arden is one of our most established layouts, now available for new builds.

With 6,273 square feet, it includes 4,115 square feet on the first floor and 2,158 square feet on the second. The plan features five bedrooms, a main-level guest suite, a scullery, two screened porches, and a dedicated craft room, media room, and study nook upstairs.

It is designed for the way people actually live. Open, functional, and balanced across both floors.

Maple Ridge Cove is also moving forward. The street is now paved, and street widening has begun. Lots 6 and 7 are already reserved, and interest is picking up.
